This could be considered a Bride's Bowl from the Victoria Era. Looks very similar to other Limoges items, but this dish/basket has no maker's markings that I could find. It looks to be hand painted and intricately done. Yellow, Blue, Pink and Gold Gilt detailing. Scalloped trim. It has one flaw that I found in the finish.
