Small Wood Vanity Bowl w Dome Lid Handmade 2-Tone Finish Art Deco Era 4" x 2.5"
Sweet little handmade wood bowl from the 1930's. Most likely made as a gift for a ladies' vanity. Perfect size to hold bits such as cotton balls, jewelry, bobby pins, etc. Stain finished in two colors. The bowl was ebonized, the lid left natural. The little wood knob on top was painted black, and it does have some worn paint on the top from handling. Given the antique age of this piece, it is in good condition without cracks, splits, or warp. The convex lid was finished beautifully smooth, and it will make a charming addition to your bowl or vanity collection.
